What are the shipping options?ART 10 GALLERY eStore ships internationally via post or courier. This usually takes 3-5 business days for domestic, and up to 2-3 weeks for international orders, after payment and packaging have been processed. Shipping will only take place on weekdays and not on the weekends.
What do I do if I received a defective order?We at ART 10 GALLERY take great care in the packaging of our products, but if you do receive a defective one, we would require you to mail back the product, and after assessing the returned item, a refund will be processed straight away.
