DELIVERY & RETURNS
ART 10 GALLERY artworks are delivered by DHL internationally on weekdays. Please note that we cannot ship to P.O. boxes or PO/FPO.
Orders to Greece
Please allow 3-5 business days for the delivery of domestic orders.
Delivery of international orders can take from 3 days to as long as 2-3 weeks, depending on the country's postal service and customs, which may hold parcels for a length of time before releasing them for delivery. If you’re based outside the EU, taxes and duties may be applicable. The ART 10 GALLERY eStore is not responsible for paying these charges.
We hope that you will enjoy your purchase. However, if for any reason you are unhappy with your order, you may return it to us within 30 days of purchase for a replacement or full refund. Please ensure that you will contact us through email before the return takes place. Items must be returned in pristine condition with their original packaging, including boxes and receipts. Return postage charges are non-refundable unless your order was faulty or incorrect. Please note that when returning an item, the parcel is on your responsibility until it reaches us. Refunds will be credited to the Debit or Credit Card or PayPal or bank account used for the purchase of the order. Upon reception of the item(s), we will issue a refund or replacement(s), whichever is applicable and depending availability. Refunds will be issued within 30 days of receipt of the returned goods.
If an item or product arrives faulty, please contact the ART 10 GALLERY eStore immediately and we will assist you in resolving any problems.
